Regionals Testing

Regionals is in one month. We should probably start testing, say...next week? I know ARB isn't out yet, but I expect there to be a decent amount of spoiled cards by next week, so we should probably get some test lists together and do 7-in-1 decks like Santa did.

Also, I think it wouldn't hurt to bring a notebook or something for data collecting.
