HORDES MKII: Genesis Tournament AUG 7
HORDES: Genesis is a HORDES-only event that features the Trollblood, Circle Orboros, Skorne, and Legion armies. This event coincides with the release of HORDES: Primal Mk II. As Primal Mk II showcases the beginnings of HORDES and the growth of the wild nations and heroes over the years, Genesis allows players’ armies, warlocks, and warbeasts to grow over the course of the event.
Players participate in a timed format with all players participating in every round. There will be three rounds, each one 60 minutes long. Bring a 25-point force to play Hordes! We start at 1pm.

M11 Game Day AUG 14
Compete for the crown of Magic 2011 Champion at Two Headed Dragon!
Game Days are Standard format. The tournament will be Swiss-style, with the top 8 players after the Swiss rounds advancing to the single-elimination finals. In the case of an event with 16 players or less, only the top 4 will advance. Where necessary, the standings after the Swiss rounds will be used to determine final order in the standings.
In the case of an event with exactly 8 players, there will be three Swiss rounds with no single-elimination cut.
What Do I Get?
All participants receive an exclusive Liliana's Specter promo card (while supplies last). The top 8 players each receive an exclusive full-art Mitotic Slime promo card. The cards are awarded to the Top 8 players even if the tournament cuts only to the top 4. Two Mitotic Slime promo cards will also be awarded as door prizes at each location.
The winner receives the Magic 2011 Game Day winners certificate, as well as the Magic 2011 Champion title. Selected top 8 decks and all Game Day winners will also be featured on magicthegathering.com.
Heavy Gear Lightning Blitz Tournament JULY 31
Ian's going to be running a Lightning Blitz Tournament at Two Headed Dragon
on the 31st of July. It will be part of the store's ongoing Saturday
Afternoon Miniatures lineup.
The rules are the Lightning Tournament rules from Aurora Issue 3-4, and
for those who are interested in playing Heavy Gear, but don't have
miniatures, a small selection of armies are available for use.
The Tournament will cost 5$CAD to enter, with prizes for Best Sportsman
and the Top Player.

There will be an M11 Draft 'til You Drop Event on JULY 31, 2010 starting at 1pm. Flights start when 8 players join.

- Each participant will receive 3x M11 booster packs for the draft

Each of these faction-specific token sets includes 10 focus tokens sporting the faction’s color and symbol in addition to over 30 status tokens for tracking spells and in-game effects. The spell tokens are completely customizable, so you won’t have to spend time fishing around for the right token or carry multiple sets for different warcasters. Just mark the token with a dry-erase marker and get back to the action in seconds! Made from high-quality plastic, WARMACHINE token sets arm players with everything they need for the front lines!
This official WARMACHINE token set includes 10 focus tokens, 5 spell tokens, 5 upkeep spell tokens, 5 customizable faction tokens, 3 power tokens, 3 Disruption tokens, 10 dug in tokens, 4 knocked down tokens, 1 shield wall token, and 4 token stands.
The tokens are a complete redesign from our previous Hordes tokens. The new sets are made from cast plastic, with a raised "foot" on the bottom to make then easy to pick up. The top surface is smooth, and printed with graphics and text. A few of the tokens (like continuous effects; things that would stay with the unit as it moves) are designed as stand-up tokens that plug into a gear-shaped base to make them easy to move along with the unit, and more visible.
